.. and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer you an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee . If a product does not meet your expectations or has a quality defect, you can return it to us within 30 days.
Return policy and return conditions
We normally offer a 14-day return policy as described in our return policy. However, with our satisfaction guarantee we want to give you additional security. If your product does not meet your requirements, you can return it without any problems.

Deadline for return
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
condition of goods
Products must be in new condition, i.e. unused, undamaged and complete. If the goods are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Packaging
The return must be made in the original packaging or in similar, appropriate packaging that protects the product during transport.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product has a quality defect. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded via the originally selected payment method. Processing may take a few working days.
